Functional state of cardiovascular system is one of the major factors that form adaptive changes in organism during physical exertion.
Evaluating functional state of cardiovascular system during physical exertion is important because normally harmonious functioning of the circulatory system leads to a satisfactory level of other physiological systems, provides efficient organism energy consumption, contributes to faster recovery and peculiar entering a qualitatively new level of functioning.
Reaction of cardiovascular system in healthy people with coronary heart disease complicated heredity under short term physical exertion was examined.
It has been found that short term exercise at 35% and 50% of the appropriate maximum oxygen consumption by the body in health people with coronary heart disease complicated by heredity leads to the appearance in the major part of surveyed persons in this group of adverse reaction types of cardiovascular system.
Analyzing the results of the research, it can be argued that the adequate and the most favorable type of reaction of the cardiovascular system to physical exertion is normotonic as adaptation to stress is due to increase of pulse pressure. Other types of reaction may indicate a functional deficiency in cardiovascular system reaction to physical exertion. Hepotonic type of reaction is irrational for the heart as it is characterized by pronounced chronotropic type and slight increase in stroke volume of the heart.
Changes in hemodynamic parameters obtained during the study suggest that in healthy people with coronary heart disease complicated by heredity even short term physical exertion requires more intense energy supply of the myocardium than in healthy people with uncomplicated heredity. Severe types of cardio-vascular system reaction, which occurred in healthy individuals with uncomplicated heredity, caused by the execution of more intensive short term physical exertion. The appearance of types of adverse reactions in healthy individuals with coronary heart disease complicated by heredity as a response to short-term physical activity indicates decreased adaptive capacity of the cardiovascular system and the tension of regulatory adaptation mechanisms in the organism.
To objectively estimate functional system in healthy people with coronary heart disease complicated by heredity physical exertion tests based on the initial state of organism, age features and level physical activity should be conducted.
Study of adaptive reactions development pattern as a response to physical exertion let us develop programmed dosages of nonspecific remedies (including physical exertion) to maintain optimal adaptive changes in the organism. All this defines future prospects of such researches.
